We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password). We also collect usage data including the number of conversions performed and IP addresses for abuse prevention.
Uploaded PDF files and converted images are stored temporarily on our servers solely for the purpose of delivering the conversion to you. All files are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. We never access, read, or share your files.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies. If Google AdSense ads are shown, Google may set its own cookies as per Google's privacy policy.
We may use CloudConvert's API to process conversions. Files sent to CloudConvert are subject to their privacy policy. We also use Google Analytics (if enabled) which may collect anonymized usage data.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not store payment card information.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. All conversion files are automatically deleted after 24 hours regardless.
